Ms. Lederer's law practice is focused in the areas
of estate planning, trust and estate administration, business succession
planning, and legal issues for the elderly. She graduated from Northwestern
University in Evanston, Illinois in 1982 and received her Juris
Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law of Penn State University
in 1985. She served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lee
F. Swope, former President Judge of the Orphan's Court Division
of the Dauphin County Court of Common Pleas. After her clerkship,
Ms. Lederer continued her legal education at the Temple University
School of Law, where she received a Masters of Law Degree in Taxation
in 1989.
Ms. Lederer is a member of the Dauphin County,
Pennsylvania and the American Bar Association. In 1995, she served
as Chairperson of the Estate Planning and Probate Section of the
Dauphin County Bar Association. Ms. Lederer has been a featured
speaker for the U.S. Government, various Bar Associations, MBA programs,
law school programs, numerous brokerage firms, and several financial
institutions.
